❤️ Weekly Pulse

This week asks for honesty about what didn’t work, so you dont take it forward with you.

There’s a moment this week where something becomes clear, not as a thought you can explain, but as a feeling you can no longer ignore.

You realise something hasn’t turned out the way you thought it would. Or the way you expected it to, even if you never said that out loud. And instead of immediately trying to move yourself past it, stop and take a breath, because there’s something real to acknowledge.

This wasn’t nothing. You had a sense of where this was going, or what it was building into. And now you’re seeing that it hasn’t quite become that. That recognition brings up feeling, and it’s not something you can think your way around.

Most of the time, when something doesn’t work out, the first instinct is to adjust your thinking. Find a better perspective. Make sense of it. Reframe it so you can move on.

That works when it’s a mindset shift, but this isn’t a mental adjustment, it’s an emotional reorientation.

This goes deeper than what you think. It changes what you feel about it, what you’re connected to, and what you’re no longer willing to carry forward in the same way.

You can’t solve this by finding a better perspective. You have to be honest about what didn’t happen, or what isn’t coming with you into what’s next.

There’s a part of you that will want to move on quickly. To focus on what’s still available, what you can do, how you can redirect. That part can wait.

If you move too soon, you carry the expectation and the disappointment with you. And then whatever you build next is shaped by that, instead of coming from where you are now.

The emotions might feel layered, but to cut through any confusion, the real questions to ask yourself are:

What did you think this was going to become?
And where is that no longer true?

Stay with that long enough to feel it properly. Let the disappointment, the frustration, or whatever is there come up so it can move through, rather than being pushed aside.

From there, you’re no longer trying to make something work that doesn’t fit. You’re no longer holding onto a version of things that hasn’t materialised.

You’ve seen it for what it is.

You’re no longer trying to make it fit, or quietly hoping it might still turn into something else.

So when you move forward, you’re not dragging any of that with you.

You’re choosing from where you are now, not from what you hoped it would be.

And that defines the direction and improves the quality of what you’re building.

You move from trying to make it happen, into choosing what you’re willing to continue with. There’s more certainty in your decisions because you’ve been honest about what’s no longer there.

You’re not split between what you wanted and what’s real.
You’re working with what’s real.

Guidance for the Week

Let yourself be honest about what hasn’t worked out the way you expected, even if part of you would prefer to move on quickly. Take the time to feel it properly so it can move through, rather than carrying it forward into what you’re building next. From there, focus on what is actually in front of you now and make your decisions from that place. What you choose this week sets the direction, and the quality, of what comes next.

🌿 Life Area Breakdown

Where you’re honest about what didn’t work is where things start to move in the right direction.

💼 Work & Direction
Something you were building towards may not be shaping up the way you expected. Instead of trying to force it or make it fit, take a step back and look at what’s actually there. The moment you stop trying to make it work, you’ll see what direction is worth continuing with and what isn’t.

💰 Money & Resources
This is less about numbers and more about where your time, energy, and attention have been invested. If something isn’t returning what you thought it would, acknowledge that honestly. From there, you can make clearer decisions about where your resources go next.

❤️ Relationships
There may be a shift in how you feel about someone or the role they play in your life. This isn’t about cutting people off, but about recognising where something no longer feels the same. Let that inform how you move forward, rather than holding onto how it used to be.

🏡 Home & Environment
You may notice areas of your environment that no longer support you in the way they once did. Small changes here can reflect a bigger internal shift. Let your space match where you are now, not where you were.

🧠 Self & Inner World
The biggest movement this week happens here. Be honest about what you’re feeling, even if it’s not neat or easy to explain. Working through that properly is what clears the way for better decisions and a stronger sense of direction.

Three Micro Moves for Momentum

Keep it simple, be honest, and take your next step from there.

Name what didn’t work
Write it down or say it out loud. What did you think this was going to become, and where did that not happen? Keep it factual, not dramatic. This is about seeing it clearly.

Feel it through once, properly
Instead of circling it in your head or pushing it aside, give it your full attention for a short window. Let the disappointment or frustration come up so it can move through, rather than sitting underneath everything else.

Choose one next step from where you are now
Not from what you hoped this would be, but from what’s actually in front of you. Decide on one action that makes sense and follow it through without overthinking it.
