💓 Final Pulse
What comes back when you stop using all your energy to protect yourself?
In the previous Forecast, The future is unknown, not unsafe, we looked at what becomes possible when internal pressure is released, and how different ordinary life feels when you are no longer braced against it.
Then in Being safe enough to acknowledge something hurt, we were being asked to recognise what strategies we are still employing even though they have outlived their usefulness.
And as the week closes, the Tower in the past position feels like the release of both.
The internal pressure. The constant strategising. The need to have a backup plan, a contingency plan, a back door exit for every event, interaction or situation.
The collapse of the Tower tells me the energetic weight of those patterns simply became too much to keep carrying. There was nothing left to give to support those thoughts and feelings any longer.
This is not a catastrophic event. It is a fantastic release of energy that was beginning to become self-destructive.
Now that you are no longer being consumed by those energies, it is as though a great fog has cleared.
The Hermit in the present position gives you a much wider, clearer view of life. You cannot see every detail because you are looking towards a new horizon, but the view itself is expansive and unimpeded.
It feels a little like climbing a mountain and finally reaching a place where you can stop and take in the landscape.
You are not hiding from life.
You can finally see more of it.
Going forward, the Queen of Cups tells me there is both emotional fluidity and emotional stability.
Your emotions are still moving, but they are no longer tipping you over in the way they once did. You are becoming better able to ride over the bumps in the road without every shift in the terrain destabilising you.
And this is all a result of releasing the internal pressure and the constant need to have a disaster plan running quietly in the background.
You are in a cycle of great inner and personal growth, but this growth is not about adding more.
There is no need to chase anything, force anything or turn this into another project of self-improvement.
This growth is about releasing. Creating room. Allowing new things to emerge.
You have quite literally de-smothered yourself.
The energetic security blankets you had built up may once have helped you feel safer, but eventually they stopped creating safety and started restricting movement.
And with their release, there is now space to explore, to have new experiences and to notice what becomes possible when so much of your energy is no longer being spent on self-protection.
The Page of Wands in the context position is focused on new growth, raising the bar and looking at life through new eyes.
New goals and ambitions are beginning to brew. There is curiosity returning. A spark. A renewed appetite for what might be possible.
And the Knight of Wands as Soul Expression tells me the deeper part of you does not intend to stand on the mountain forever admiring the view.
There is movement coming.
Experience.
Expansion.
Engagement with life.
The pressure collapsed.
The view cleared.
The emotions stabilised.
The space opened.
Now curiosity and your natural joie de vivre can return.
For now, there is no need to rush ahead.
Simply be open to what is beginning to come into view on this new terrain.
⭐ End of Week Guidance
Do not rush to fill the space you have just created. Let the pressure stay gone, allow the wider view to settle, and notice what begins to interest you again. This is a time for openness, not urgency. New goals, experiences and ambitions will reveal themselves more clearly when you give them room to emerge.
🌙 Ending the Week Well
Give yourself permission to enjoy the fact that something feels different. Choose ease where you can, follow what feels genuinely pleasant, and let the weekend remind you that life does not always need to be managed quite so tightly.
